Characteristics
Description
Tuscany Superb Pols Great Britain, 1837
Tuscany Superb is one of the earliest Gallica roses and one of the best. The colour is very насыщенный, a brownish deep crimson, darkening with age and becoming a deep violet with black velvety accents. The colour is very unusual. The shrub reaches 120 cm, taller in a mild climate. Like all Gallica roses, it spreads by root suckers when grown on its own roots. The foliage is resistant to black spot. Excellent for cold regions; orange hips appear in autumn.
