This rose has surprisingly beautiful flowers.

It is named after the famous French pastry chef, who was captivated by the flower’s shade, so close to the colour of his wonderful almond biscuits.

The flowers are very beautiful, double, old-fashioned, quartered, strawberry pink with dark caramel shades when fully open.

Strong fragrance, with notes of cherry, vanilla, caramel and grapefruit.

The foliage is blue-green and disease-resistant.
