Characteristics
Description
Rose J.W.Goethe Hans Jürgen Evers, Germany, 2004
Large, purple-violet flowers exude a full, rich, noble rose fragrance. The shrub is rounded in shape with short, compact flower stems. The foliage is medium green with a bluish tint, leathery. The large size of the violet flower and its strong fragrance are the hallmark of this 2009 novelty from the German company Tantau. The shrub is vigorous, upright, and the foliage is semi-matte. They are charming and will win the heart of any rose grower.
