Blue Parfum

Many modern “blue” roses have a very rich fragrance, but only Blue Parfum truly lives up to its name in both colour and scent.

The flowers begin as purplish red, but as they bloom the outer petals become darker, while the inner ones remain lilac or lavender.

Although the buds are long and elegant, the fully open flowers show their centres, and the petals sometimes have a frayed, serrated edge.

However, the fragrance is very rich and intoxicating.

The bush is dense and compact, with dark foliage that sets off the flowers beautifully.
