A very compact hydrangea with stiff, strong branches.

During the season, the colour changes from white to dark red.

The flower head consists of sterile and fertile flowers.

Winter hardiness to -30°C.

Blooms for about 150 days a year, from June to October.

Position in sun or partial shade.

Soil should be moist and well-drained.

Easy to care for.

After 3-4 years, the hydrangea will reach 90 cm in width and 90 cm in height.

The variety was created at the Alex Schoemaker hydrangea nursery (Netherlands).

This sixth-generation family business is a hydrangea breeder and is regarded as a leader in hydrangea breeding and cultivation worldwide.

To achieve a “sea of flowers in the garden” effect, the producer’s recommended ideal planting density is three hydrangeas per square metre.

The variety grows well in both full sun and partial shade.

However, like other varieties in the Living Creations collection, hydrangeas grow best in sunny locations, which provide more flowers and additional colour to the petals.

Given its short stature, it looks excellent in small gardens.

This variety forms a luxurious informal border hedge.

Recommended for small gardens, specimen and group plantings, and low hedges.
