Description

A very abundantly flowering variety from mid-May to July and again at the end of August. The flowers are initially pale yellow, later turning white as they develop. It looks best against a dark background. Suitable for growing in containers.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE: Flowers large, 12–15 cm in diameter, initially pale yellow, turning white as they develop, with a greenish stripe in the middle; composed of 8 overlapping segments. The stamens have yellow anthers on white filaments. It flowers abundantly in V-VII, with repeat flowering in autumn, VIII. The leaves are usually compound, trifoliate.

HOW IT GROWS: climbs by means of leaf stalks. It grows moderately vigorously, reaching 2 m in height.
