Tube clematis ‘Cassandra’

An especially beautiful perennial that refreshes the garden in the second half of summer. The pleasantly fragrant flowers attract insects and butterflies. Intensely blue flowers, about 2 cm in diameter, with elegantly curved petal tips, appear from July to September. Particularly useful for planting among perennial flower beds or shrubs. With appropriate care, it can also be used in urban landscaping. The plant grows to 1 m tall, with upright shoots; it is advisable to place support around the plant so it does not flop over. In early spring, the shoots should be cut back right to the ground. At the end of April, it is advisable to fertilise with a slow-release fertiliser (e.g. Osmocote 5–6M). Water during the growing season.
